Toes-to-Bar

Hand release push ups

– Perform 1 rope climb ascent after each round of toes-to-bar and HRPU

– Add 2 rep to the toes-to-bar and HRPU after each round

*Partners can split up the Toes to bar & HRPU but will alternate rope climb per round

Post rounds and reps to Wodify and Whiteboard
