Active warmup

2 rounds of:

10 scap pulls

8 kip swings

50 bicycles

40 mountain climbers

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 chest-to-bar pull-ups (mod: reg, banded, supine ring row)

:30 second L-sit rings or paralettes (mod: boxes, or seated pike)

Post rounds and reps completed to Wodify and whiteboard 

Cool down

Spend 5 min on foam roller
