4 Rounds w/ a partner for time of:

25/20 P1: Cal Bike/P2: Row (each partner has a machine… partners alternate machine each round)

20 Sychro wall balls (20/14)

15 Synchro pull-ups (mod: banded, or ring row)

10 Synchro thrusters (95/65)
