5 x 2-minute rounds of:

20 dumbbell box step-ups

Max reps of dumbbell push presses

Rest 1 minutes between rounds

Women: 35-lb. DBs and 20-in. box

Men: 50-lb. DBs and 20-in. box

Post push press reps completed each round to Wodify and whiteboard 

Post WOD Core

Alt. Every :30 for 9min of:

Ring L-sit/ ring knee tuck/ or ring support hold

Bear hug fall or bag hold

Alt toe touches
