5 Hollowhold to Superman

10 Knee ups (on parallel bars or rings)

 

WOD:

Workout 15.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders

Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet
Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet

 

Modification for MU

Level 1: 3 Ring Row/3 Ring Dip = 1 MU

Level 2: 3 Pull Up/3 Ring Dip = 1 MU

Level 3: 3 C2B/3 Ring Dip = 1 MU

Level 4: MU

 

Cool Down:

3 x 100m Sled Push
