SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR THANKSGIVING WEEK:
Wednesday, November 26th – NO 5:30 AM Class – all other classes REMAIN on schedule

Thanksgiving Day – we will hold a 10:30 AM class ONLY.

Friday, November 28th we will NOT have early classes at 5:30 am or 6:30 am. BUT you can come workout with Shannon at 7:30 AM (not a formal class), other FRIDAY classes REMAIN on schedule.

Saturday, November 29th, normal class time of 10 AM

Strength: 6 x 6 Push Press (70-75% of 1 RM)

WOD

4 Rounds

100 foot walking lunge, 45/25 plate overhead
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Pull-ups (weighted if you have a solid pull-up)

Cool Down:
Foam Roller/Bands
