Reminder: MHCF is hosting the 2nd annual Monster Mash tomorrow, we will not be having classes but feel free to stop by and watch the event!

No Chalk Friday – in an effort to help keep the gym clean for the competition tomorrow please help us out by not using chalk today.  The WOD was designed to not require any. Thanks!

Endurance: 3 Rounds – 500m Row, 400m Run Rest 1 minute between rounds
