A big congratulations to several MHCF competitors this weekend…Coach Shannon and Jenna who competed at South Denver CF and Coach Jon and Foos who competed in their first sanctioned Olympic Lifting comp down in the Springs!

Strength/Skill WOD
10 minute AMRAP
1 Power Clean (185/120)
1 Ring Muscle Up (Sub: Bar MUs, C2B Pullups, Chin-over Pullups)
*increase each exercise by 1 rep each round (Example: Round 1 – 1 PC, 1 MU; Round 2 – 2 PC, 2 MU; etc)

WOD

Double Unders (If you don’t have DUs, triple in singles)
