Strength: Spend 12 min working up to a heavy 1RM of:

1Hang Squat Clean + 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk

Work at the same time; Pick which partner goes down which ladder (only doing A or B)

Ladder A:

4 min Max calorie Row

3 min Burpee Box jumps (24/20)

2 min T2B (sub knee tucks)

1 min HSPU (sub HR push Ups)

 

Ladder B:

4 min HSPU (sub HR push ups)

3 min T2B (sub knee tucks)

2 min burpee box jumps (24/20)
