Reminder, Saturday from 9-11 we will be doing the Ogar fundraiser WOD in honor of CrossFit Unbroken’s Coach and athlete Kevin Ogar who was injured in a tragic accident during the OC Throwdown competition this weekend. He has already had 2 surgeries and is hopefully headed home to CO soon to start rehabilitation at Craig hospital. Right now Kevin does not have any voluntary movement below his hips and it is unclear at this time if he will be able to walk again. It is not mandatory to contribute to this fund to participate in the WOD. Mile High CrossFit will donate $1 for every round of the workout complete at the box on Saturday.
