Next week is already THANKSGIVING!!! The schedule next week will remain fairly in tact, the exceptions are:

THANKSGIVING DAY – 10 AM Class – this will be the ONLY class of the day

Friday, November 29th, Black Friday – NO EARLY AM CLASSES (no 5:30 am/6:30 am – sleep in or go shopping!)

DON’T FORGET our new Saturday Partner WOD time is 9:00 AM

Strength: Back Squat 5 x 3

Establish 3 RM (Dynamic – take 2-3 seconds to lower into squat, stand up quickly)

30 Double Unders (sub stick jumps)

10 Squat Cleans (115/75)

10 Pull-ups

 

Cool Down:

Farmers Carry (53/35) 400 feet
