100 Partner Wall balls (20/14), 50 each, Perform WB, toss to the wall, partner catches and performs next WB.

90 KB Swings (53/35), shared

80 Box Jumps (24/20), shared

70 Push Ups, shared

60 Jumping Lunges, shared

50 Ball Slams (50/30), shared

40 Push Press with slam ball (50/30), shared

30 Weighted Sit Ups with slam ball (50/30), shared

20 Burpee Partner jump overs (10 each, 1 partner hold plank, the other does a burpee and jumps over)

10 Goblet Squats (53/35), shared
