Now that the weather is changing and we can’t predict how cold or warm each morning/day/night is going to be, start preparing for anything outside when you come to class.  Just because it’s cold doesn’t mean you won’t run.  Time to toughen up! 🙂

Strength:  Deadlift – 5×5 @ 85%

Run 400m
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 T2B
 
Cool Down:
200m of Lateral movement (side shuffle, grapevine, side lunges, etc)
15 Hip Extensions + 5 Back Extensions
