10 AM Class – Partner WOD
11 AM – Additional Training 
20 Minute AMRAP
Ground to overhead – you pick the weight for you and your partner (weight cannot be changed during WOD)
250 M Row
Partner 1 rows while Partner 2 lifts weight as many reps as possible – switch after Partner 1 completes row
Score  = weight moved plus meters rowed
