WOD

300m Row (Each partner goes 1 after another)
Then Share
30 Burpees
30 Push Press (95/65)
30 Snatch (95/65)
30 Double Unders
30 KB Swings (53/35)
30 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
Then end with each a 300m Row
*The whole time the pair will alternate holding 1 sandbag (60/45 – 4 inserts/3 inserts).  If the sandbag drops, 3 on the spot wall walks for each partner
