For time:

Team Karen (150 Partner Wallballs)(20/14)

Team Fran on Crack (30-24-18 Thrusters and Pull Ups) chin over bar (95/65)

Teams will conduct 150 team wall balls. Partners will stand side by side. One partner throws the wallball and the other partner must catch it.  Each toss must strike the 10 foot target.  If the wallball does not strike the target or is not caught, the rep does not count.  A full squat, crease of hips below knee, with the ball must be completed before it is thrown.  After the team completes the wallballs, they will move on to the second portion of the workout. Only one teammate can work at a time. Thrusters must be completed before the team can move to pull ups. For the thrusters, the hip must go below the knee on each rep and the bar must be fully locked out above the head with hips and elbows extended.  For the pull ups, chin must be fully over the bar.  Elbows must be locked out at the bottom. Strict, butterfly, and kipping pull ups allowed. 20 min cut off.
