Strength: Shoulder Press

Warm-up 10 reps light weight, then 5×3 at 85%

Wod
10-1 Thrusters (95/65)
5 HR push-ups 
1-10 SDHP  (95/65)

Cool down:
10 GHD Situps
2 – attempts at max squat hold
10 Back Extensions
