Workout of the day

Reminder: The OPEN starts on Wednesday. Get signed up if you want to compete. We will be doing the GAMES WOD on Thursday’s and make-ups/re-do’s on Sunday’s. When the workout schedule was suggested a few posts back laying out “rest” days, that in no way implied that the gym wouldn’t be open. Nor that you should stay away completely. Rest = ACTIVE REST. Active rest means different things to different people. A run. A bike ride. A walk. A hike. Interval training. Lifting. Working on skills etc.
We are still running all our normal classes during the OPEN. Remember, not everyone chooses to compete. The gym will carry on as usual, with the exception that we will be judging and scoring those who chose to sign up for the open.
