Can’t believe it’s the last day of Feb 2013. That means just 1 week til the CrossFit Open starts! games.crossfit.com
NOTE: The suggested Rest Day for Wednesdays during the OPEN are just a suggestion. The gym will be open per regular schedule for a WODs or stretching/mobilzing.
Come out to Happy Hour Thursday 6PM at Fox and the Hound in Lone Tree and ask away any questions about the Open you might have. Only class cancelled is the 630PM. There will be a 430PM and 530PM class (in addition to the morning and lunch time class), doors will close after the 530 WOD/cool down ends.
