Sunday, we will hold OPEN gym as usual 12:30 – 2 pm. By 2 pm, we will be starting our “spring cleaning”. If you have a few extra minutes and care to pitch in, everyone and anyone’s help is always appreciated. We have some new equipment and need to freshen the place up a bit. Since the Bronco’s play on Saturday, I’m sure everyone’s Sunday is wide open 🙂 Hope to see you then!!!

Great job today, everyone! Great attitudes with the run, the cold, the pull-ups, the lifts! Impressive!

Now for the WOD… I know some people avoid an instructional day… maybe Thursday is just your day off, but those who have made it for this type of practice day have been showing improvement in lifts. And we have worked hard this week, your body could use an “active” rest day. Don’t avoid some practice!!!
