Although we had hoped the sweatshirt order would be in prior to the end of the year, the date we have been given is around the 17th of January. We will definitely announce when the order is in so you can quickly start sporting your MHCF clothing!

Two rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters (Row 1000M)
30 Pull-ups
30 Front Squats (115/80)
30 Toes-to-bar
30 Power cleans (115/80)
