10 minute to Work on Pull Ups/Muscle Ups

If you have pull ups or muscle ups, take 3 attempts to find your max reps without coming off the bar/rings.  If you are still working on you pull ups or can not get more than 10 in a row, the Coach will work kipping pull ups.

WOD
On the Minute for as long as possible…

3 Power Cleans, 3 Front Squats, 3 Jerks (165/115) (OR use 55-65% of Jerk Max)

-If you go less than 10 minutes/rounds, rest as needed and finish at least 10 rounds

 

Cool Down:
500m Cool Down Row
3 attempts at max L-Sit hold
