21 Days Until Christmas! Are you already making New Years resolutions? If one of them is to eat well and stay in shape… better start now! No point in “waiting until after the holidays” it just makes it more difficult. Consider bringing a friend into the fun! We would love to introduce them to CrossFit… first time is free but we would like them to do “ELEMENTS” which is by appointment Monday and Wednesday’s 11 am or 6:30 pm.

Strength: Tabata Deadlifts for reps at 40% of 1RM (8 rnds of 20sec on, 10sec rest)
