Remember we are trying out 5 days a week of 6:30 AM’s. The only way we know if 6:30 AM is in demand is if people show up for it. So tomorrow we are on for all 6 class times! 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM 11-1, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM.

Just a reminder on class etiquette, please let the class before you finish their workouts before you cross the floor to check out the board and what the warm-up is… in good weather stretch off the mats or outside and go for a jog… in bad weather you can jump rope, use the rowers – if not being used in the wod, stretch, do some squats etc. For your safety and the safety of those lifting, please don’t cross in front (or in back of) those working out. It’s the same reason we discourage kids or dogs coming on the black mats, for their safety and yours.

One more thing, if you are reading this then you must know we have a website! Spread the word! Apparently, we haven’t made it well known enough to our members that we have a site! We also have a facebook page AND you can even find us on Twitter and the phone app xfitglobal! These are all ways we communicate with you, so if you wonder what the wod is or are curious about an upcoming event, this is where you will find it.

Strength: 5×5 Back Squats at 75% – rest 90 seconds

Then
1 Minute AMRAP of Jerks at 185/120

Then immediately
100 Burpees for time
  * 2 Power Cleans EMOM beginning after 1st minute (185/120)
10 minute cap on this – scale PC accordingly

Then
1 Minute AMRAP of Jerks at 195/120

– score is total # of jerks and total time for burpees

Wrap-up:
Tabata: 1 + 1/4 squats
