HAPPY HOUR THURSDAY!!! A little last minute but we’re going to prepare for the Holiday weekend in style. Meeting at Maggie Smiths after class on Thursday.  We’ll start it ‘officially’ at 630 after the 530 class.  We will still have a 630PM class on Thursday and we’ll head over after.  Here’s info on Maggie Smiths: http://maggiesmiths.com/

Allrighty…1 last day of CO Open WODs.  Everyone did great with the Tuesday WOD. The Row WOD and Deadlift/Lunge WODs for today were from the Open. The other AMRAP is for more fun 🙂

5 Min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts (225/155 or Pro 275/185)
10 overhead lunges in place (single arm KB 53/35)

Rest 3 Minutes

5 min AMRAP
5 Hand Stand Push Ups
5 KB Snatch with Right Arm (53/35)

5 KB Snatch with Left Arm (53/35)

 

Cool Down:

200m Farmers Walk with plates (45/25), pinch the top of the plate with your fingers (don’t hold the inner ring)
