Some changes coming the week after Labor Day. For one, we’ll be opening up a 6:30AM Monday thru Friday (instead of just Tuesday and Thursday). This will begin Tuesday Sept 4th. Reduced hours for Labor Day. We’ll be open from 10-Noon with classes at 10AM and 11AM.
Also we’ll re-start the Competitors Challenge WODs the week after Labor Day. So use this week to make up any of the Challenge WODs.
Pink shirt orders are in!! Over 40 orders made! Thanks everyone who purchased a shirt. We’ll announce total donation to Barbells For Boobs once the final total is back from Aidan.
Congrats to Kris M. on his great finish in the Open! WODs Monday through Wednesday of this week will be workouts from the CO Open this weekend. There was an Open division and a Pro division so if the WODs were different for the 2 divisions I’ll post both options. 60 double-unders
40 Wall Balls (20/14)
20 burpee box jumps (12″, stack plates)
Cool Down:
4 Rounds
30 sec with battle ropes
20 Flutter Kicks
