Strength: Deadlifts 5-5-3-3-3
15 minute Double Karen
Every Minute on the Minute perform 10 Double Squat Wall Balls (20/14) 10 ‘ target, rest the remaining time
*if you are newer or struggle to get the double squats in then do Karen…150 wall balls for time.
**since there is some built in rest time concentrate on getting the full double squat in and hitting at least the 10′ target. If we need to throw a ball under your backside to ensure you’re going down all the way we will 🙂
Cool down:
3 rounds
10 hollow body rocks
20 backwards jump rope singles, backwards DUs if you can
