Tuesday, July 3rd – MHCF Happy Hour!! Class times for Tuesday will stay the same. Come out around 6:30pm for some food and drinks! Location TBD…we will post Monday evening. We’ll definitely be in DTC area though.
Wednesday, July 4th we will be celebrating the 4th of July with a WOD at 10 AM!!! All other class times will be canceled for that day.
Strength: 3-3-1-1-1 Squat Snatch – increase weight each time

3 Power Snatch (115/80)
6 Overhead Squats (115/80)
9 Chest to bar pull-ups
Cool-down
5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 30 – 35 Double Unders – yes stop between sets, repeat set if mess up before completing set number of reps
