For those interested in helping the victims of the CO Springs fire you can donate to a Colorado Springs local food shelter via their website: http://careandshare.org/ Also since Shara works down in CO Springs, if you want to bring and food/needed items to the gym she will collect everything and drive it to the shelter next week.

Strength: Bench Press 5-5-5-5 and 4 rounds of Barbell weighted walking lunges for 10 step (5 each leg), increase weight each of the 4 rounds
