Please pray for all the CO citizens affected by the wild fires and the firefighters out there trying to keep them contained. With the amount of smoke and ash in the air combined with the intense heat please take care of yourselves too. Drink plenty of water and if you feel effected by the smoke/air quality please modify your intensity during the WOD to stay safe.
