Hope everyone had a great weekend. Sure is getting HOT out there! Please drink plenty of water before/during/after the gym to stay hydrated.  Also note that there are a lot of pullups tomorrow. Please take care of those hands, cut down those big calluses or shave them down and smooth it out with a pumice stone.

Jenna’s husband Chris (a.k.a Navy) is back from deloyment for a few weeks.  This is one of his favorite workouts so we’ll do it in honor of him 🙂 Olympic lifting coach Mike Burgener made this workout for his daughter Sage, presumably boys that want to date her must perform the WOD first. Good idea!
