This Saturday instead of the normal partner WOD we’ll be participating in the CrossFit for Hope charity WOD. Please check out the website and consider donating to the cause. CrossFit for Hope will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The goal is to raise 1.7MM – one day’s operating cost for St. Jude – to combat childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. http://hope.crossfit.com/

WOD
Strength: Back Squats 3-3-3-3
At the top of every 30 seconds, for 12 minutes complete a 30 second amrap of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push Ups
Max Reps Air Squats
The only thing that counts in this workout is the air squat. Post your total number of squats completed in the remaining time.
Busy day welcoming back former members and friends for the summer. Jake is back from West Point for a few weeks and Hunter stopped in fresh off of the CrossFit Europe Regionals! Great to see y’all!
