Everyone has worked hard this week so it’s time to focus on skills and strength vice those silly metcon 🙂
Skill Day
– Tabata Double Unders (4 minutes total), please scale accordingly. If you can only do singles do tabata singles, if you kinda have double unders work on those the full 4 minutes and skip the rests.
3 Trips down the Monkey Bars (120′ total)
– 10 min, 1 squat snatch every 30 seconds at 80-85% of 1RM (if you chose poorly you may increase weight)
3 Rope Climbs, work on that foot wrap to improve efficiency
– 2 attempts at max reps pull ups, keep going as long as you’re hanging onto the bar, record total number of reps (if you are proficient at C2B do that for your first attempt)
