Come and get your wod on today! REMEMBER: Friday is a shortened schedule of only 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM and Saturday we moved our class time to 9:00 AM for this week in order to give us all the time to watch the REGIONAL CrossFit Games in Castle Rock!!!

Monday, May 7th is our opportunity for Body Fat Testing. There are still a few times left available. Please get us your payment before Monday, if possible. $49 cash/check/cc.

The following is obviously a hero wod. A few things we are going to do to make it managable. Use the racks. Max time will be 25 minutes… if you have reached 25 minutes and have started round 7, it is up to you if you complete the wod.
