Great job on the Thrusters everyone! Had a few people finish with their same starting weight, getting through all 100 reps without dropping the bar. That’s some will power! There were some interesting methods to keep the bar off the ground while grabbing little rests, haha.

-remember the weight of the fat bars is less than the regular bars. Black = 25#, Blue= 20#
