5:30 AM and 6:30 AM for Wednesday, April 11th is on.

Okay, you guys know me well enough to know this is one I like. The weight is light enough that almost everyone is able to do Rx’d weight… BUT as we keep stressing are you doing full ROM? It is not Rx just because you push or pull the weight, we are looking for full ROM! It was once commented “we aren’t all going for the games”, okay, that may be but we have to have a standard, there ARE benefits to doing the WOD at full ROM. Don’t you feel like you are working hard at these squats? I know I do, so why not lift your butt, strengthen your glutes and hams while doing them. If you don’t know the muscles a movement is supposed to be working, please ask. You know we are all more than willing to give you more information than you ever asked for, haha.

I will just count this as a birthday wod for me because it is one I can do (and it is short and sweet, just like me). Hopefully, we can all go for PR’s. I know we definitely did this back at the beginning and midway through 2011 (I don’t know the exact dates because somehow in the last move I made, I seemed to have boxed mine up somewhere) so check your books for your time to beat.
