Tuesday April 3, 2012 5:30 am class cancelled due to weather

Sorry I am posting this so late, I was just on the roads since 5 am and it was so slow going, I turned around and came home. NO 5:30 am class. Hopefully, you stayed in bed or saw the FB post. Coming from Castle Rock the roads were too slick.

Great job on Monday’s WOD. That was a good one! Some interesting comments on the board, I forgot to grab a pic but Caley’s “TURDS” and Cody’s “FAIL” gave a nice chuckle.

Reminder: 4:30PM Class today (and Thursday). This is a permanent addition to the schedule now. Come one come all 🙂

Competitors WOD: For those anxiously awaiting the WOD for the next 2 weeks is the Rope Climb Clean and Jerk WOD from the 2011 CrossFit Games. Skills: Snatch Balance and Hand Stand Holds and Walks.

15′ Rope Climbs
Clean and Jerks 145, 165, 185, 205, 225/105, 115, 125, 145, 155

WOD
Strength: 5 at 65%, 75%, 5+ at 85% Power Snatch

Then:
8 minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Burpee Toes 2 Bar

Cool down with first part of Flight Simulator 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 Double Unders
