Since we will be holding OPEN WOD 12.5 on Thursday instead of Friday this week, we will also make sure to be available by 4:30 PM through the regular evening class times. You are still welcome to complete the WOD during the day Thursday. Obviously, we will know more on timing and judging availability Wednesday eve when the WOD is announced.

5:30 AM Class / 6:30 AM Open Gym

2 x through:

“Burgener Warm-up” with weight

Then:

“Air Force” – Complete for time:
20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Push Jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squats.
At the beginning of every minute (yes, starting at the top of the first minute, too), you must do 4 burpees. (weight for all movements 95/65)
