Workout of the day

We are going to place an order for wod book next week, they take a couple weeks to print and ship but we would prefer to know who would really like one so we aren’t ordering a bunch of extra books. $20 per book, keep track of your eating, your wods, your benchmarks, get a little reading material on paleo etc.
I say this all the time… I will think my wo is poor performance and then look back at my book to see that I actually PR’d. Most of us work better with goals, even just a goal for the wod, if it is one we did in the past you can easily find your time to beat and shoot for that. Adam did that yesterday with “Elizabeth”, right Adam? Way to PR! Personally, I have tried to keep track in a notebook or in my calendar but I find I am more disciplined when I have the organization of the wod book. Then again, I’m old school and still like my calendar/planner versus my iphone. So whatever works for you. Just want to encourage you to keep track of your wods and lifting… and diet… and sleep.
