6:30 AM class Tuesday and Thursday this week, sorry for the last minute notice but I wasn’t sure which days would work this week until now.
Thank you to those who participated in our Paleo Challenge, we had several people express interest at the beginning of our challenge but fewer make it through to the end. We have some great before and after pictures. I will email those of you who finished the challenge regarding your pictures and you can let me know if we are allowed to post them or not. We will have those pictures and our 1st and 2nd place winners announced tomorrow.
