WOD – CrossFit Open WOD 12.1 http://games.crossfit.com/workouts/the-open

7 min AMRAP
Burpees

*Must start in the standing position and each rep ends by touching a target 6 inches above your standing reach. We will get everyone measured for their targets before each heat.

If you are competing in the Open you MUST be judged at a participating affiliate (of course MHCF is a participating affiliate) for your score to count (or you can send in a video). Once you have your score you must enter it on the website http://games.crossfit.com/.  We will go in and validate your score (assuming you did it at MHCF).  You MUST enter your score before 6PM MT (5PM West Coast) on Sunday of each week for it to count.  We have a computer at the gym so a Coach can help you get set up so you can enter your score right after each WOD. 

As with any competition, please do not argue with your judge about no reps calls, ROM, miscounting, etc. you are only wasting time on the clock.  We will review standards with competitors and judges prior to each heat.  This WOD is pretty easy on the judging side, hips and chest to the ground, jump and touch a target 6” above you.
