6:30AM Announcement: There will be NO 6:30AM class on Wednesday. Apologies but Shara is feeling under the weather and won’t be able to take class.  There will be a 6:30AM Open Gym on Thursday February 2.

15 Wall Balls (24/16)

10 Deadlifts (245/165)

Accumulate 1 min L-sit (mod is knee tuck hold)

*Watch the clock when you start the L-sits. Hold on as long as you can. If you drop before the minute is up, rest as neeed and get back to the L-sits until you accumulate a full 60 seconds.
