In conjunction with the WODCLUBOPEN competition that a few of us are competing in, here is WOD 3 of our 3 week competition. You get to do it in the same manner we do (including the “masters” modifications)

For Time do:

50 Toes to Bar (Masters abmat situps)
40 Box Jumps at 24″/20″
30 Bar Facing Burpees
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
10 Overhead Squats

Weights for both SDHP and OHS are 95/65 (for masters – ages 40 plus please use 75/55)

Set the bar high for those of us competing!!! You can check out www.wodclubopen.com and see where you would place in the rankings.

“Bear Trap”

In two minutes do reps of for total pounds moved:
You choose the weight and multiply it by total reps for total score.
1 deadlift
1 clean
1 front squat
1 push press
(back rack)
1 back squat
1 back rack press.
Each round is 6 reps, score is total reps multiplied by the weight(including bar) in pounds.
