“If you can talk, you’re not trying hard enough”
I told some of y’all about my (mostly) Paleo Thanksgiving. It was delicious and I didn’t have that food hangover feeling afterwards. Chris had multiple helpings so he was in bed by 8:30 but he tends to over eat the stuffing 🙂
Anyways here’s a blog from a local crossfitter, Juli Bauer where I got most of my recipes. The Sweet Potato Gratin and the Paleo Stuffing were amazing!

Remember though just because you are eating Paleo doesn’t mean you can over indulge. Portion control is still key and make sure to get those veggies in as well as your protein and fat (fyi…if you haven’t tried it yet Coconut Butter is freaking amazing, highly recommended…check out Vitamin Cottage)
