Workout of the day

I was trying to come up with a good squat snatch wod for today with a little lighter weight so that we can all work on our form (maybe only I need to work on squat snatch but I think there are one or two others who do, also, so here we go…) Amazingly enough, the main sites WOD for today was in line with my thinking, isn’t it awesome they we are all on the same page for what we need to work on? No matter how you slice it, here is a fun WOD for a Monday!
