Great job on those Chest to Bar Pullups today…gotta mix things up sometimes.

WOD

Strength: Back Squat 5 at 75%, 3 at 85%, 1+ at 95%

Take 15 minutes to work up to a Max Squat Snatch
Then…2 min Challenge AMRepsAP Squat Snatch at 75-80% of 1RM
And some sled pulls afterwards 🙂

Reminder: No Olympic Lifting Class this Thursday.  I’ll have a strength wod at 6:30PM for those who are interested.

Here’s a demo video on the skill we went over today – turkish get-ups. If you have the CrossFit Journal, Jeff Martone, the KB king, has some good instruction videos also.  Watch out for these in warm ups and cool downs 🙂
