PARTNER WOD
During this workout, one partner will work at a time.  While you are waiting for your partner to finish their work, you must hold a plank.  You will both run together as a team.  
 
Run 400m as a team
20 Burpees
40 Wall Balls (25,16)
50 Box Jumps (24′,20″)
60 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
Run 800m as a team
60 Kettlebell Swings
50 Box Jumps
40 Wall Balls
20 Burpees
Run 400m as a team
