Great turnout for Murph this weekend. Everyone did a great job in helping to honor our service men and women. Also thanks to Parker CrossFit for helping to make it a huge success!!
We are taking the week off of Strength Training to re-test our max lifts. We will be doing CrossFit Total Tuesday and if you can’t make class please do this WOD next time you’re in the gym. Then we’ll start the strength training again next week using your new max lift weights. Record all 3 lifts on the lined whiteboard for ease of tracking.
