It’s Jax Day!  Today is Jax’s last day with us before she heads out for her deployment with the Army.  She will be at the 5:30am class if anyone wants to stop by to wish her well.

Back Squats 60% x 3 reps, 67.5% x 3 reps, 72.5% x 3 sets x 8 reps

*50 OH Walking Lunges (45/35) bar or plates between rounds
