Two short WODs today.  Go fast and go hard.  You get a rest so keep up the intesity!!

WOD:
5 min AMRAP
Power Cleans (135/95)
Push Ups – Chest to Ground
– Continuous running reps up so 1 PC, 2 PU, 3 PC, 4 PU, etc for the whole 5 mins

5 min Rest

5 min AMRAP
Push Jerk (135/95)
Box Jumps
– Same idea, continuous running reps up.

**Record the last complete round for each AMRAP.  So if on the first wod you get through 27 Power Cleans and then 10 Push Ups, your number is 27.
